General terms
In order to avoid
any misunderstandings please read carefully the following terms, we hope they
will answer any inquiry you may have. However, if you will still have any doubt
and need more information, do not hesitate to contact us. We have alternative
solutions for any obstacle.
Samples and
trial orders: Physical samples or trial orders are
available upon request and advanced payment. (Please ask for shipping and
handling costs)
Minimum
orders: We have no minimum quantity for each
item ordered if this item is in stock. If not, then either the quantity is
increased or the item be canceled from the order. But except for the first trial
order, we reserve the right to refuse any order less than the equivalent of 1000
USD per order.
Prices: Our wholesale prices are “FOB Israeli
port” (Free On Board) or “FCA” (Free Carrier) for air cargo or parcel post.
I.E., the price includes: packing, land transportation to the exporting port,
customs clearance and loading costs. The price does not include: freight,
insurance, unloading costs or customs clearance at destination port and land
transportation from the arrival port to final destination.
Delivery: Depending on the quantity ordered,
normally 2-3 weeks for small orders, 4–6 weeks for large volume orders or
sooner. However, a proforma invoice will be issued for each order, containing
all the necessary information that a customer might need to know concerning his
order for his inspection, modifications if any and final
approval.
Shipping
modes: Air parcel post EMS (Express Mail
Service) for small/medium shipments, this mode normally includes door to door
service but not customs clearance if applicable. Air Cargo or Sea Freight for
large volume shipments, these modes does not include door to door service, but
this service could be arranged previously for an additional cost if clearly
requested by the customer. In this case customs clearance at arrival destination
will be included too.
Freight
costs: Usually we advice our customers about
the most appropriate and economical mode of shipping for each order depending on
its weight and volume. Freight costs are indicated and explained at the end of
the proforma invoice and paid with the invoice.
Risk and
insurance: We do not provide any insurance and it
is not included in our price, the customer must provide proper insurance if he
wishes to do so. According to international commercial terms, our responsibility
regarding loss or damage risks ends when we deliver the shipment into the
custody of first carrier. I.E., (Post office, air cargo facilities or ship
rails).
Payment: Unless previous arrangements are made,
40% are paid when placing and confirming an order, 60% prior to shipping.
Special arrangements could be negotiated for regular customers.
We accept payments through major
Credit Cards, bank Certified Cheques, bank transferences or Western Union. Our
bank details will be provided when requested
